During this session, attendees will delve into the significance of having clear, precise, and timely data in the identification and support of migratory students moving across Texas and other states. The presenters will examine the impact of accurate data entry on the usability of student records within TX-NGS and MSIX. Furthermore, the session will explore reports that can enhance the effectiveness of Identification and Recruitment (ID&R) efforts and services. objective so we won to understand the importance of data for the purpose of Interstate and Interstate coordination what do we mean by that what is interstate and intrastate coordination Everlasting you guys what is the interstate and intrastate how come when I do I know somebody has an answer what does it mean to you I have a good morning I've been at 9 today Dunedin services for students working together within the same state but also with different states where our students most you can do a better job than me for something if you want to continue to go ahead, how do we work together within the state but also with our neighbors with our apartment states can we we just have a very unique population that is highly mobile that means that the company moving I'm sure that he's not right for you guys to to have a family that's come to you this thing takes a few weeks and then leaves I mean it happens and sometimes our families do stay longer but sometimes they stay for the entire year and they deliver during the summer still you still have to have the level of coordination so we also want to explore the correlation between txnes which is our state database Management in M6 how how do these two work together subjects and uses and State this is the National Database so how do they work together how did the interaction of the influence each other and then the use of M6 supposed to provide information for my planning their analysis and compliance with the name six regulation and we'll also take a look at something and you have two ports I can can be useful when it have been in the program I started in the program in 2013 that means that as far as we still have the red box if you can come in in the program for a while do you remember the time I feel so happy we whenever they're moving and then they could give that information pictures of receiving district with in Texas or with other states are the time you know what that was the best we could do and that and it work but as you can imagine it could be kind of hard to do things like our families don't have the luxury of caring too much do they cost on removing so adding an additional thing sometimes even there was a tiny little red by could be a problem they could be misplaced and you dealing with student information cell because we're in 2024 we do have techno do you know we can utilize we can utilize him sick so we definitely want to start thinking about that so what is the earth in years all the books in Texas I am sure you guys are aware of it I don't think we have any partner States but Now this is little difference and this report account each student one of the Migrant Mother report will tell you where they're coming from so where is that where are they going to or where that they've come too and I no mess we'll talk a little bit more about this one how does knowing the mobility of your why would you have to report to the next one is also the same will explain the difference but this is just that report that tells you where the coming from or where going to and he's good he's going to give you a breakdown of the states that you kids are going to I don't think it was in this is our region with Texas and deliver the heart of it cuz I mean we're a big States we might Templar would be running I'm available for that also include the district's so it kind of gives you an idea what this how is it useful for that interesting as knowing what what states you kids are going to or coming from that would help you would give you an opportunity to prioritize maybe some relationship-building with certain person in certain States absolutely you are absolutely right. Because if I know that I have a ton of kids like the most kids are coming from California so it's a total of 18 the next one are you the Michigan North Carolina or Los Angeles or we Sienna those are the big the big state so what can I do as a district as a unified she doesn't have a large numbers of students that coming from those I can see if I can develop those relationships with someone at that steak that's why we also have to get my PTO I might be scared to assist you with that in the statements echinacea Ossipee 8in can help you with that food really good to to to strategize and make those connections in why is that important well if I have a large number of kids are coming from California and I have the bill of this relationship I have a contact in the California Pro Michael program or or I specifically know that most of my kids come from one from a district or region in California I'm a cop. run has the unique to him and that's what I stick me and that's why we do understand that but we also want to change that because there's a lotta body you on the data that we having no systems but at the end of the day in that value is not being distracted either it is important to be used that might as well be useless so how can we make it easy for you guys to be aware of it at every level and allows involvement of migratory students with other immunization using additional time together having said how many of you had there with a district that won't enroll my child because they don't have their immunization record a app so I got somewhat weaker easier way to get it is if if I have access to two two DS and us and I can see the the immunization record I can get a fairly quick way to alleviate having said that it's only depending on the quality of the information into so he's really highlights the importance of like if you know immunisations related to a child and you see that there is no Listen to I would encourage you to for you to include that because that could really alleviate some of the clothes when it comes to enrollment for some of the children Additionally you know we do have data request and you can run it that way boy back back to take a lot longer if I could take at least a few days so it's really important that that if you have access to that information and used to see the PX and you have like what hasn't been updated I will encourage you to please include that information in their breakfast how to make it easier for that child in the an automated process but again this is a report that tells you of this course this assessment scores that can be different things like you seen that grow with their you see 56 math growth so those can those State assessment having said we still encourage you to review them because sometimes we are unable to clearly matches student with information that we haven't eaten yet and the state assessment office so they might be some children that are not encoded or provided us with my because we were not able to match them just remember that you guys still do that and if you see anything missing you able to add the we haven't removed the ability for you guys to isn't that the old what is happening a lot sooner is happening on on behalf of th and and I just left work that you guys have to do but we still want you to guys to review it just for the quality because I know that you do have a US District of access Google scores and you might be able to match it closer than we are able to at the
