The National Center for Farmworker Health is a national private, not-for-profit organization whose mission is “To improve the health of farmworker families”. The NCFH data dashboard enables farmworker advocates & public health officials to have easy access to key information to make data-driven decisions on planning and implementation of public health programs & interventions for farmworkers in their service area.

just letting you know that the meeting will be recorded for future reference thank you for being here and getting those two have Amazon faces but no pressure of course I guess we'll get started 50 more people should go into the room we're having some technical difficulties here at the beginning but I have ever thank you Lily for the introduction my name is Josue I am an analyst with mcfh they will be looking at the farm we predicted that some of you may have already pressed access. appreciate y'all so let's start with Arkansas Texas Minnesota Arkansas is right here let's see what I can sell has to show us into the state in Arkansas has roughly 37,000 Farm Workers in items of migratory and seasonal workers if you're interested in cific breakdown two workers are kind of different kinds of classification of random production for instance you would need to have I can mix code naics code that in the caves like how that worker Define width in agriculture and those labor codes indicate to us how what what kind of Pacific tax work are those phone again you can download your might be shifting Trends in terms of farm work while in labor is always I look at some of these larger summer for states to be able to determine kind of house wrens might be changing in other states again we looking at the the highest concentration here you can see the doggo money here and you can see the breakdown again and once again like say you were trying to find a kind of Outreach trip you'd probably you would want to do it you know in October here but look at the H3 page so I do want to show you add more specific areas could you if you would have something you were interested in different scents for guest workers present by month to get you can get really granular here so for instance in all of Texas you're doing a Statewide in a vaccination campaign you might be looking at you. as a way of preventing by doctors but if you're wondering for a while you have to request access that's why because of via can predict you know very granular last finale we have a source of section former Cruise or maybe even the locations and resources to have that allows you to see exactly where I'm at and give them to be able to do I don't reach out if I can get difficult but at the very least you can get a sense for where we're from a r r i e if you are doing any prh please let us know if you used that work as we love to hear kind of how you used it where was kind of curious and kind of how folks are able to use the Blackboard. we would like us to use that we want to be useful that we want to make sure that you can walk out of this you know Sebastian and feel as though we are empowered by data to be able to kind of either do farmer Outreach if you're not doing it already or implement this throw into your into your already kind of tool box of workloads I'm just kind of one more tool that you can use to the pool from whenever you do not responding whenever you're doing and you keep letting whenever your kind of you know thinking about in any capacity or I think some folks talk about Staffing something that they are interested in using this for so for instance if they know that tell there is a lot of Farm Workers arriving in the Pacific in the Minnesota here yo in workers are admission but I do think that's a bummer. any other thoughts before I exit out of the dashboard I have a question do you have a copy the contract for the workers or Ranch yeah so you can download the data here for a co-worker's for specific State friends has taken its download data here or if you want to go to the store the data you could go to is the the Texas riogrande Legal Services the tralala h288 application allows you to be able to fool the data from the Department Labor if you want more specific kind of be at this Warehouse from if anyone is interested all right
