https://www.txmigrantk12.net/ -- The Education Resources for Parents of K-12 Migratory Children portal provides migratory parents with education resources that can immediately be used with their children.  

 

https://www.texasassessment.gov/index-es.html -- Parents and families can learn about the Texas State Assessments, resources for students, and can locate their children’s exam scores.

 

https://www.osy-migrant.org/ -- This link takes the user to the Innovative Strategies for Out-of-School and Secondary Youth (iSOSY) Student Portal where users will find student-targeted and self-paced information on topics such as learning English.

The IRS's Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program offers free basic tax return preparation to qualified individuals, including:

  • People who generally make $64,000 or less
  • Persons with disabilities; and
  • Limited English-speaking taxpayers
